The Current Status of Yamato Group Service Level

■ Ta-Q-Bin
  ● As of 13th of June, Ta-Q-Bin Time service will be expanded the available area at Iwate and Miyagi.
Accordingly, Ta-Q-Bin Time service will resumed at whole area of Iwate and Miyagi.
However, some parts are still NOT available for Ta-Q-Bin Time service, so please refer to "Unavailable areas for Ta-Q-Bin Time service." for the details.
Some areas are still NOT available for Definite Time Delivery service.
  ● As of June 5th shipment, delivery services to premeditated evacuation area due to Fukushima's nuclear accident from all areas of Japan had be stop the service.
The parcel dispatched after June 6th and the parcel which is designated to deliver after June 8th had be only able to pick up at Ta-Q-Bin center.
The customer who are located in the out-of-service area need to come to Ta-Q-Bin center for dispatching / receiving the parcel.
Please refer to HERE for the area of unavailable for delivery / pick up.
  ● As of 20th of May, picking up services from convenience store had resumed in Aomori, Akita, Yamagata, Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima.
  ● As of 16th of May, available area for pick up / delivery services and the product lineup had expanded at Iwate and Miyagi.
Accordingly, standard Ta-Q-Bin prepaid, Ta-Q-Bin C.O.D, Cool Ta-Q-Bin, Collect service, Yamato-Bin, and others had resumed at whole area of Iwate and Miyagi.
Some area are still NOT available for Definite Time Delivery service.
  ● As of 27th of April, the shipping from Convenience store is resumed in Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima regarding Ta-Q-Bin prepaid and Ta-Q-Bin C.O.D. . Also, ship to Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima from whole area's convenience store are available.
    In addition, it is unable to pick up Ta-Q-Bin at the convenience store located in Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima.
    Also, ship from / to some part of Fukushima are still not available for dispatching from convience store.

  ・ To assist delivery of parcel in prompt manner, informing shipping notice with Ta-Q-Bin Number to consignee is advised if you shipped to Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima.
  ・ As for parcels consigned to Ta-Q-Bin center arrived, Ta-Q-Bin center will give arrival notice to consignee.
  ・ To pick up a parcel, following IDs must be presented at Ta-Q-Bin center.(Driver's License, National Pension certificate, Health Insurance Card, Student ID, Passport, Company ID, Credit Card, Cash Card, etc..)
  ・ Parcel storage period at Ta-Q-Bin center is 1 week. Parcel beyond storage period will be returned back to sender.
In this case, delivery charge will not be refunded.
3) Ta-Q-Bin from/to Aomori, Akita, Yamagata, Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima.
  ・ Any inquiries for delivery can be available through Kuroneko Yamato Tracing System or toll free(0120-01-9625).
 

■ Kuroneko Mail-Bin
● As of June 5th shipment, delivery services to premeditated evacuation area due to Fukushima's nuclear accident from all areas of Japan had stopped the service.
Please refer to HERE for the area of unavailable for delivery / pick up.
● As of 16th of May, Kuroneko Mail-Bin services will be expanded the available area at Iwate and Miyagi.
All of Kuroneko Mail-bin services such as "Kuroneko Mail-Bin", "Kuroneko Mail-Bin Collect", "International Kuroneko Mail-Bin", "Kuroneko Mail-Bin Express", "Kuroneko Mail-Bin C.O.D.(for contracted consignee)" and "Kuroneko Sheet Mail" will be available at Iwate and Miyagi.
● As of 9th of May, the dispatching from Convenience store had resumed in Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima regarding Kuroneko Mail-Bin.
Also, ship to Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima from whole area's convenience store had resumed regarding Kuroneko Mail-Bin.
Additionally, ship from / to some part of Fukushima are still not available for dispatching from convience store.
