Please check guidelines below for our health care. 

1.    About attendants and staffs

・ Attendants do not come to work if they feel unwell.

・ Attendants frequently wash their hands, gargle, and disinfect.

2.    About the facility

・ Hand sanitizers are available throughout the tour.

・ We disinfect the strollers, wheelchairs, the railings, doors and exhibits after each tour.

3.    To keep a safe distance

・ We keep doors and windows along the tour course open.

・ We have improved air circulation in the facility than before.

・ Staff may ask you to move apart for avoiding crowds.

We may provide the name given on your reservation to the appropriate health organizations.

Your personal information will be securely stored at our facility and used only for the above.
