Due to the renewal of the Haneda Chronogate Visitor Tour reservation system, we will temporarily suspend the system during the following period:

System Suspension Period: 

Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 10:00 AM – Thursday, February 12, 2026, 12:00 PM (JST)
*Please note that the suspension period may change depending on the progress of the work.

Following this suspension, any cancellations or changes in the number of participants for the reservations made by Wednesday, February 4, 2026, must be handled via telephone.
