Our “ten yen for every parcel we deliver” initiative program ended on March 31, 2012. The amount for helping rebuild the fishing and agriculture industries and infrastructure in areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake reached a total of approximately 14,200,000,000 yen. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every customer for their support in using TA-Q-BIN.

The current service level of The Yamato Group

As of 25th of March, the service of pick up/delivery of TA-Q-BIN has resumed; however, there are some areas which are still unable to provide the service of pick up/delivery due to traffic congestion. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The Yamato group is making its best effort to resume all of its service to cater to all customers.
