To those who have suffered due to the East Japan Earthquake

The Yamato Group extends its deepest condolences to all those affected by the earthquake, especially those who have lost loved ones.
The Yamato Group will contribute 10 JPY / per piece of domestic Ta-Q-Bin for the period of one year effective from April 1st in order to aid the revitalization of local people’s living conditions and industrial infrastructure. The Yamato Group will continuously make its best efforts to support the people living in the disaster area.

The current service level of The Yamato Group

As of 25th of March, the service of pick up/delivery of Ta-Q-Bin has resumed; however, there are some areas which are still unable to provide the service of pick up/delivery due to traffic congestion. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The Yamato group is making its best effort to resume all of its service to cater to all customers.
